Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

1/2 cup whole milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin pan with paper liners.

Whisk flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

Whisk milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl.

Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.

Fold in pecans and fill muffin cups halfway.

Drizzle caramel, add remaining batter, and swirl gently.

Top with extra pecans and bake for 20–24 minutes until golden.
