Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin pan with paper liners.

  • Whisk flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

  • Whisk milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl.

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.

  • Fold in pecans and fill muffin cups halfway.

  • Drizzle caramel, add remaining batter, and swirl gently.

  • Top with extra pecans and bake for 20–24 minutes until golden.
