3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs one at a time and 1 tsp vanilla.

Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; add to butter mixture alternating with milk.

Spread batter in pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden. Cool completely.
