1 cup Greek yogurt

½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.

Add Greek yogurt and olive oil, then mix until creamy.

Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and salt until a thick batter forms.
