Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings or drumettes

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1 cup cold water or buttermilk

Oil for frying

3 tbsp powdered cheese

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried parsley

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp mustard
Instructions

Pat chicken dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices, then add liquid to form batter.

Coat chicken evenly in batter.

Fry at 325°F for 6–8 minutes until lightly golden.

Rest briefly, then fry again at 350°F for 3–4 minutes until crispy.

Mix seasoning ingredients and toss with hot chicken.

Combine sauce ingredients until smooth.
