Spring just got sweeter. This fluffy Easter dessert salad is creamy, colorful, and perfect for sharing at brunch, potlucks, or family gatherings.
Ingredients

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup milk

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup pastel mini marshmallows

1 cup mandarin oranges, drained

1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)

1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together instant pudding mix and milk until slightly thickened.

Fold in whipped topping gently until smooth and fluffy.

Add drained crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges and mix carefully.

Stir in mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, chopped cherries, and nuts if using.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
