Description

Warm cinnamon swirls and a soft buttery crumb make this Bundt cake impossible to resist. One slice turns into two when you taste how moist and comforting it is.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Cinnamon Swirl

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Optional Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2–3 tbsp milk

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a Bundt pan thoroughly.

  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

  • Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.

  • Mix in half the flour mixture, then sour cream, then remaining flour.

  • Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to create the swirl mixture.

  • Pour half the batter into the pan and sprinkle with half the cinnamon mixture.

  • Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.

  • Use a knife to swirl gently through the batter.

  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  • Cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.

  • Drizzle with glaze if desired and slice to serve.
