Description
Warm cinnamon swirls and a soft buttery crumb make this Bundt cake impossible to resist. One slice turns into two when you taste how moist and comforting it is.
Ingredients

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 ¾ cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
Cinnamon Swirl

½ cup brown sugar
-
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
-
2 tbsp melted butter
Optional Glaze

1 cup powdered sugar
-
2–3 tbsp milk

½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a Bundt pan thoroughly.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.

Mix in half the flour mixture, then sour cream, then remaining flour.

Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to create the swirl mixture.

Pour half the batter into the pan and sprinkle with half the cinnamon mixture.

Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.

Use a knife to swirl gently through the batter.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.

Drizzle with glaze if desired and slice to serve.
