- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch / 23 cm)
- 1 package (3 oz / 85 g) blueberry Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Boil water and dissolve the blueberry Jell-O completely.
- Add cold water and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Fold in whipped topping and vanilla extract gently.
- Add blueberries and mix evenly.
- Pour into the graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
