Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough or puff pastry


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a mini muffin pan with paper liners or grease lightly.

  • Mix drained spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.

  • Cut crescent roll dough into small squares and press into muffin cups, forming a small cup for the filling.

  • Spoon the spinach-artichoke mixture into each dough cup.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
