Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.

  • Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, drain, and lay flat to cool.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic briefly, then add chicken and seasonings.

  • In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Alfredo sauce, then fold in chicken.

  • Spread filling on each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in dish.

  • Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over rolls and top with extra mozzarella.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake until bubbly and golden.
