Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch for sauce
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, broth, and cornstarch.
  • Toss sliced chicken with cornstarch.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken and stir fry vegetables until crisp-tender.
  • Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
  • Return chicken to the skillet and pour in the sauce.
  • Stir until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
  • Serve hot over rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
