- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch for sauce
- Cooked rice for serving
- Green onions
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, broth, and cornstarch.
- Toss sliced chicken with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and stir fry vegetables until crisp-tender.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
- Return chicken to the skillet and pour in the sauce.
- Stir until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
- Serve hot over rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
