  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for frosting)
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a sheet pan.
  • Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda.
  • Heat butter, oil, water, and cocoa in a saucepan until smooth.
  • Pour chocolate mixture into dry ingredients and stir.
  • Mix eggs, sour cream, and vanilla separately, then add to batter.
  • Pour into pan and bake for 18–22 minutes.
  • Prepare frosting by melting butter with cocoa, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla, then whisk in powdered sugar.
