Description

This Easy Christmas Cookie Lasagna is the no bake dessert everyone asks for during the holidays. Creamy layers, crunchy cookies, and pure Christmas comfort in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 36 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups whipped topping, divided

  • 2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 3 cups cold milk

  • Holiday sprinkles or crushed cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush cookies and mix with melted butter, then press into a 9×13-inch dish.

  2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.

  3. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the crust.

  4. Whisk pudding mix with milk until thick and spread over the cream layer.

  5. Top with remaining whipped topping and add festive toppings.

  6. Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
