Soft, warm, bakery-style cinnamon rolls at home. These fluffy spirals are the sweetest way to upgrade your mornings.
Ingredients

3 ½ cups (420 g) all-purpose flour

1 cup (240 ml) warm milk

1 packet (2 ¼ tsp / 7 g) instant yeast

1 large egg

¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar

5 tbsp (70 g) melted butter

½ cup (100 g) brown sugar

1 tbsp (9 g) cinnamon

4 tbsp (56 g) softened butter

1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar

2 tbsp (30 ml) milk

½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Whisk warm milk, sugar, and yeast, then mix in melted butter and egg. Add flour gradually and knead until smooth.

Let dough rise until doubled.

Mix cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter and filling.

Shape into a log and cut into 12 rolls.

Let rolls rise, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–22 minutes.

Whisk icing ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.
