Ingredients

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

½ cup honey

½ cup barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional: chopped fresh parsley or chives
Instructions

Pat chicken cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

In a small bowl, mix honey and barbecue sauce until smooth.

Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken cubes until golden brown, 3–4 minutes per side.

Reduce heat to medium, add honey barbecue sauce, and toss chicken until coated and sauce thickens, 2–3 minutes.

Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with parsley or chives, and serve hot.
