1 cup (240ml) milk

1 large egg

2 tablespoons (28g) melted butter

1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
Instructions

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

Whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.

Combine wet and dry ingredients gently without overmixing.

Heat a greased pan over medium heat.

Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake into the pan.

Cook until bubbles appear, then flip and finish cooking.
