Craving pizza but want something fun and bite-sized? These stuffed pizza rolls are crispy, cheesy, and impossible to stop eating.

- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (13.8 oz or 390 g)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into small squares.
- Add sauce, cheese, and pepperoni to each square.
- Fold dough over filling and seal edges tightly.
- Place rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix olive oil with garlic powder, seasoning, and salt, then brush over rolls.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
