1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

Zest of 2 lemons

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.

Mix flour, sugar, and melted butter, then press into the pan and bake for 15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix well.

Add eggs one at a time, followed by lemon juice, zest, vanilla, and salt.
