These Ferrero Rocher macarons taste just like the famous chocolate but better. Crispy shells, creamy centers, and pure hazelnut bliss in every bite.
Ingredients

100 g almond flour

100 g powdered sugar

70 g egg whites, room temperature

75 g granulated sugar

1/4 tsp cream of tartar

Pinch of salt

120 g dark chocolate, chopped

60 ml heavy cream

80 g chocolate hazelnut spread

30 g toasted hazelnuts, finely chopped
Instructions

Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together and set aside.

Whip egg whites with salt and cream of tartar, then slowly add sugar and beat to stiff peaks.

Fold dry ingredients into meringue until batter flows smoothly.

Pipe rounds onto lined baking sheets and rest until dry.

Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 14 to 16 minutes and cool.

Heat cream and pour over chocolate, then mix in hazelnut spread and nuts.

Pipe filling onto shells, sandwich, and chill before serving.
