Ingredients

3 cups crumbled vanilla or chocolate cake

1/2 cup frosting of choice

2 cups candy melts (red, green, white)

2 tbsp coconut oil or shortening

24 cake pop sticks

Holiday sprinkles or crushed peppermint
Instructions

Crumble the cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.

Add frosting and mix until it forms a dough-like consistency.

Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray.

Chill the cake balls for 1 hour or freeze for 20 minutes.

Dip each stick tip into melted candy coating and insert into the cake balls.

Melt remaining candy melts until smooth.

Dip each cake pop fully into the coating and let excess drip off.
