Description

Fresh bread in minutes with a golden crust and pillowy center. These air fryer rolls are soft, fluffy, and perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast

  • 1 cup warm whole milk

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing


Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine warm milk and sugar, then sprinkle yeast on top and let sit until foamy.

  • Add egg, melted butter, and salt, then mix in flour gradually to form a soft dough.

  • Knead dough on a floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  • Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size.

  • Divide dough into 8 portions and shape into smooth balls.

  • Let shaped rolls rise again until puffy.

  • Preheat air fryer to 320°F and cook rolls for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.

  • Brush warm rolls with melted butter and serve.
