Ingredients

1.5 lb. ripe tomatoes, sliced or halved

3 garlic cloves, finely minced

3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

1 tbsp. red wine vinegar or lemon juice

0.75 tsp. kosher salt

0.25 tsp. black pepper

2 tbsp. fresh basil or parsley, chopped
Instructions

Wash and slice the tomatoes, then place them in a large bowl.
