Ingredients

2 cups fresh mango, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced

1/4 cup red onion, minced

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions

Wash and dry mango, bell pepper, and cilantro. Dice mango, bell pepper, and onion. Mince jalapeño and chop cilantro.

Combine mango, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a bowl. Add lime juice, salt, black pepper, and honey if desired.

Mix gently to coat ingredients without mashing the mango.

Taste and adjust seasoning with more lime, salt, or jalapeño as preferred.
