Holiday dessert goals unlocked. These gingerbread latte mousse domes look fancy but taste like pure cozy comfort.
Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream, chilled

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons strong espresso or coffee

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch nutmeg and cloves

1 teaspoon powdered gelatin

2 tablespoons cold water

1/2 cup gingerbread cookie crumbs
Instructions

Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.

Warm espresso and dissolve gelatin completely.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Mix in vanilla, spices, and espresso mixture.

Whip cream to soft peaks.

Fold whipped cream gently into mousse base.

Fill dome molds and add cookie crumbs on the base.

Chill 4 hours until set, then unmold and serve.
