4 cups vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

Combine warm milk and sugar, then sprinkle yeast over top and let it foam.

Mix in butter, eggs, salt, vanilla, and flour to form a soft dough.

Knead until smooth and elastic, then let rise until doubled.

Roll out dough, cut into donut shapes, and let rise again.
