Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (240 g) gluten free all purpose flour blend

  • 1 cup (240 ml) warm milk or warm water

  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil

  • 3 large eggs

  • 3 tbsp (38 g) sugar

  • 1 tsp (6 g) salt

  • 1 tbsp (10 g) instant yeast

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)


Instructions

  1. Whisk warm milk or water with sugar and yeast and let it sit until slightly foamy.

  2. Add eggs, olive oil, and salt and whisk until smooth.

  3. Mix in the gluten free flour blend and beat for 2 to 3 minutes until the batter is thick and well combined.

  4. Spread the batter into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan and smooth the top.

  5. Cover and let it rise in a warm spot until slightly above the rim.

  6. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes until golden and fully cooked.

  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely before slicing.
