Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

  • 2 tablespoons gochujang

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

  • 2 green onions, sliced


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Pat salmon dry and place on the prepared sheet.

  • Whisk gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.

  • Brush glaze evenly over salmon.

  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until salmon flakes easily.

  • Broil for 2 minutes to caramelize the top.

  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
