Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt

  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy milk)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • ½ cup ice cubes (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas. Measure out yogurt, milk, and optional ingredients.

  2. Blend banana slices and ½ cup milk until smooth.

  3. Add yogurt, vanilla, honey, and cinnamon. Blend until creamy.
