Skip the store bought tub and make this creamy Healthy Cherry Greek Frozen Yogurt at home. It is fresh, fruity, and the perfect guilt free treat for summer cravings.
Ingredients

2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt

2 cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted

2 to 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Pinch of fine sea salt
Instructions

Add cherries and lemon juice to a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until softened. Let cool completely.

Whisk Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl until smooth.

Fold cooled cherries into the yogurt mixture and chill for at least 1 hour.

Churn in an ice cream maker for 20 to 25 minutes, or freeze in a shallow container and stir every 30 minutes for 2 hours.
