Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium bananas, frozen

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt

  • ½ cup almond milk or milk of choice

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Toppings of choice such as granola, sliced fruit, coconut flakes, nuts, nut butter


Instructions

  1. Add milk and yogurt to the bottom of the blender.

  2. Add frozen bananas and mixed berries on top.

  3. Add chia seeds and honey or maple syrup if using.

  4. Begin blending on low speed until ingredients start to combine.

  5. Increase speed and blend until thick and smooth, scraping sides as needed.

  6. Adjust thickness with a small amount of liquid if necessary.

  7. Scoop smoothie into a chilled bowl.

  8. Add toppings of choice.

  9. Serve immediately.
