Ingredients

12 oz white chocolate, finely chopped

1/3 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup freeze-dried blueberries, crushed

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch sea salt

1/2 cup white chocolate for coating

1 tablespoon crushed freeze-dried blueberries for garnish
Instructions

Heat heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.

Pour hot cream over chopped white chocolate and let sit for one minute.

Stir until smooth, then mix in butter, vanilla, salt, and crushed blueberries.

Chill for 2–3 hours until firm.

Scoop and roll into balls, then chill briefly again.

Melt remaining white chocolate and dip each truffle to coat.
