Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz white chocolate, finely chopped

  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried blueberries, crushed

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch sea salt

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate for coating

  • 1 tablespoon crushed freeze-dried blueberries for garnish


Instructions

  • Heat heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.

  • Pour hot cream over chopped white chocolate and let sit for one minute.

  • Stir until smooth, then mix in butter, vanilla, salt, and crushed blueberries.

  • Chill for 2–3 hours until firm.

  • Scoop and roll into balls, then chill briefly again.

  • Melt remaining white chocolate and dip each truffle to coat.

  • Sprinkle with crushed blueberries and refrigerate until set
