Ingredients

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup milk chocolate chips

3 cups crispy rice cereal

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch sea salt (optional)
Instructions

Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Place chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.

Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.

Add the crispy rice cereal and gently fold until fully coated with chocolate.

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and lightly press it down.
