Ingredients

3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Pinch of fine sea salt
Instructions

Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl. Let sit for 20 to 30 minutes.

Blend the strawberry mixture until smooth. Strain if desired.

Add yogurt, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt. Blend until creamy.

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Churn in an ice cream maker for 20 to 25 minutes, or freeze in a shallow container and stir every 30 minutes.

Freeze until firm, about 2 to 4 hours, then scoop and serve.
