Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all purpose flour (500g)

  • 1 ½ cups warm water 110°F (360ml)

  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (7g)

  • 2 tbsp sugar (25g)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)

  • 1 ½ tsp salt (9g)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder optional

  • 1 tbsp dried herbs optional


Instructions

  • Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast and let it sit until foamy.

  • Mix flour and salt in a separate bowl.

  • Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour and stir until combined.

  • Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

  • Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled.

  • Divide and rest the dough for 15 minutes.

  • Stretch each dough ball into a pizza shape.

  • Add sauce and toppings, then bake at 475°F for 12–15 minutes.

  • Slice and serve warm.
