Ingredients

4 cups all purpose flour (500g)

1 ½ cups warm water 110°F (360ml)

2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (7g)

2 tbsp sugar (25g)

2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)

1 ½ tsp salt (9g)

1 tsp garlic powder optional

1 tbsp dried herbs optional
Instructions

Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast and let it sit until foamy.

Mix flour and salt in a separate bowl.

Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour and stir until combined.

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled.

Divide and rest the dough for 15 minutes.

Stretch each dough ball into a pizza shape.

Add sauce and toppings, then bake at 475°F for 12–15 minutes.
