Description

Cool down with this creamy Iced Mango Matcha Latte. It is fruity, refreshing, and looks just like a cafe drink you can make in minutes at home.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mango chunks (fresh or thawed frozen)

  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder

  • 2 tablespoons hot water

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

  • Add mango chunks, water, and honey to a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Pour the mango puree into the bottom of a tall glass.

  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.

  • Slowly pour the milk over the ice.

  • In a small bowl, sift matcha powder and whisk with hot water until smooth and lightly foamy.

  • Pour the matcha over the milk layer slowly.

  • Stir before drinking and enjoy immediately.
