Cool down with this creamy Iced Mango Matcha Latte. It is fruity, refreshing, and looks just like a cafe drink you can make in minutes at home.
Ingredients

1 cup mango chunks (fresh or thawed frozen)

1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup water

1 teaspoon matcha powder

2 tablespoons hot water

1 cup milk of choice

1 cup ice cubes

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions

Add mango chunks, water, and honey to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mango puree into the bottom of a tall glass.

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Slowly pour the milk over the ice.

In a small bowl, sift matcha powder and whisk with hot water until smooth and lightly foamy.

Pour the matcha over the milk layer slowly.

Stir before drinking and enjoy immediately.
