2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth or water

2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried Italian herbs or fresh thyme sprigs

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, sliced (optional)
Instructions

Pat chicken breasts dry and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Set Instant Pot to ‘SautĂ©’ mode and heat oil. Add minced garlic and herbs, cooking until fragrant.

Sear chicken for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.

Pour in chicken broth and add lemon slices if using. Scrape bottom to release browned bits.

Close lid, seal vent, and pressure cook for 8–10 minutes depending on size.
