Ingredients

12 oz. fettuccine or your preferred pasta

1 lb. beef sirloin, thinly sliced

2 tbsp. olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup beef broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta over stovetop as you normally would until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear seasoned beef for 2–3 minutes per side, then remove.

Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet until translucent, scraping up browned bits.

Lower heat and add beef broth, then gradually stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, simmering until thickened.

Return beef to skillet, add pasta, and toss to coat; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water.
