Ingredients

  • 12 oz. fettuccine or your preferred pasta

  • 1 lb. beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup beef broth

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


Instructions

  • Cook pasta over stovetop as you normally would until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear seasoned beef for 2–3 minutes per side, then remove.

  • Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet until translucent, scraping up browned bits.

  • Lower heat and add beef broth, then gradually stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, simmering until thickened.

  • Return beef to skillet, add pasta, and toss to coat; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water.

  • Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
