Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls

  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Mix brown sugar, butter, pecans, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.

  • Separate crescent dough into triangles and press perforations to seal.

  • Spoon filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll toward the tip, tucking under.
