Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls

1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix brown sugar, butter, pecans, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.

Separate crescent dough into triangles and press perforations to seal.

Spoon filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll toward the tip, tucking under.
