Ingredients

1 red velvet cake, baked and cooled, cut into cubes

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy whipping cream

3/4 cup powdered sugar, divided

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries or raspberries

Optional 1/2 cup chocolate ganache or berry compote
Instructions

Bake and cool the red velvet cake, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.

Beat softened cream cheese with half the powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and cocoa powder and mix well.

Whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
