Description

Ingredients

  • 6 oz thinly sliced steak

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 bagel, sliced and toasted

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 12 slices American, cheddar, or provolone cheese

  • Optional toppings such as caramelized onions or chipotle mayo


Instructions

  1. Season and sear the steak in hot oil for 1–2 minutes per side.

  2. Toast the bagel until golden.

  3. Whisk and cook the eggs in butter over medium low heat until softly set.

  4. Add cheese to the warm eggs or steak to melt.

  5. Assemble the sandwich by layering steak, eggs, cheese, and toppings on the toasted bagel.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste. Can substitute proteins or add vegetables as desired.
