  • 1 ½ cups blueberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
  • Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then mix in lemon zest, juice, and vanilla.
  • Alternate dry ingredients with yogurt and mix gently.
  • Fold in blueberries.
  • Pour into pan and bake for 50–60 minutes.
