1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

Beat butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until pale and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, then mix in lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.

Sift flour and salt, fold gently into wet ingredients until combined.
