4 Belgian-style waffles

1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

Warm brisket over low heat and stir in maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, paprika, and pepper until glazed.

Cook waffles until crisp and golden, brushing lightly with butter.
