Description

Fluffy, colorful, and irresistibly sweet, this Marshmallow Easter Fluff Salad is the easiest way to brighten your holiday table. One bowl and a few minutes are all you need for a festive favorite everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained well

  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

  • 1 cup pastel candy-coated chocolate eggs

  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, stir together instant pudding mix and drained crushed pineapple until thickened.

  • Fold in sour cream and whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.

  • Gently fold in mandarin oranges.

  • Stir in mini marshmallows and shredded coconut.

  • Fold in half of the candy-coated chocolate eggs.

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  • Garnish with remaining candy eggs before serving.
