Ingredients

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained well

1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup pastel candy-coated chocolate eggs

1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
Instructions

In a large bowl, stir together instant pudding mix and drained crushed pineapple until thickened.

Fold in sour cream and whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.

Gently fold in mandarin oranges.

Stir in mini marshmallows and shredded coconut.
