- 12 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- ½ cup red onion, sliced
- ½ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- Âľ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ÂĽ cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool.
- Prepare and dice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives.
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Combine pasta, chicken, and vegetables in a large bowl.
