Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 cup diced green onions

Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

Add Rotel tomatoes and stir well. Simmer for about 3 minutes.

Add softened cream cheese and stir until completely melted.

Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Stir in sour cream and cook on low heat until smooth.
