  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/4 cup diced green onions

  • Tortilla chips for serving


Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

  • Add Rotel tomatoes and stir well. Simmer for about 3 minutes.

  • Add softened cream cheese and stir until completely melted.

  • Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

  • Stir in sour cream and cook on low heat until smooth.

  • Gradually add shredded cheddar cheese while stirring until melted and creamy.
