Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Shred or dice 3 cups of cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, and 1 tsp lemon juice until smooth.
  • Add chicken, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup halved grapes, and 1/4 cup toasted nuts. Gently fold to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust sweetness or tang as needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
