- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shred or dice 3 cups of cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, and 1 tsp lemon juice until smooth.
- Add chicken, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup halved grapes, and 1/4 cup toasted nuts. Gently fold to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust sweetness or tang as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
