These Mini Oreo Cheesecake Bites are creamy, chocolatey, and perfectly bite-sized. Make them for parties, dessert trays, or a sweet treat anytime.
Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs, room temperature

½ cup sour cream
-
Optional: mini chocolate chips or crushed Oreos for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a mini muffin tin with liners.

Crush 16 Oreos and mix with melted butter; press into muffin cups for crust.

Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then add vanilla, eggs, and sour cream.

Spoon cheesecake mixture over Oreo crusts and gently tap to remove air bubbles.

Bake for 18–22 minutes until centers are just set.

Cool at room temperature for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos on top before serving.
