4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups marinara sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound to 1/2-inch thickness.

Set up three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.

Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
