Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil and butter in a skillet, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add spices and stir briefly to release flavors.
  • Pour in broth and Worcestershire sauce, then simmer.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  • Stir in remaining butter and mix until smooth.
  • Finish with lemon juice and parsley, then serve immediately.
