- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil and butter in a skillet, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add spices and stir briefly to release flavors.
- Pour in broth and Worcestershire sauce, then simmer.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- Stir in remaining butter and mix until smooth.
- Finish with lemon juice and parsley, then serve immediately.
