Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tbsp granulated sugar

8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Whipped cream, for garnish

Chocolate shavings or curls, for garnish
Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and chill for 30 minutes.

Heat heavy cream until simmering, pour over chopped chocolate, let sit 2–3 minutes, then stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract.

Pour half of the ganache into the crust. Spoon cherry filling over it, then top with remaining ganache. Smooth surface.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving. Slice with a sharp knife and serve chilled.
